I love Green and Black's vanilla, it's packed with flavour and really creamy. It goes so well with hot desserts for the hot/cold sensation. Try it with this homemade apple pie- http://www.eatthechef.com/recipe.aspx?id=3 YUM!

Not sure as to why the biscuits aren't turning out well, may help if you tell us what recipe you're using? Try this recipe for crunchy peanut butter cookies- they're light and crumbly but totally gorgeous to eat - http://www.eatthechef.com/recipe.aspx?id=93 Hope that helps!

I quite like traditional British food, like this melt and the mouth beef brisket- http://www.eatthechef.com/recipe.aspx?id=102 also love italian and french food.

How about spicy cocoanut prawns- http://www.eatthechef.com/recipe.aspx?id=71 - they are spicy but the cocoanut offsets that well.

Cake or pie is an incredibly hard question! In an ideal world we could have both all the time... Hmm, I'm going to go for pie as I don't think many things are as nostalgic as a proper, apple pie. Found a nice recipe here for all you cake-lovers that need converting- http://www.eatthechef.com/recipe.aspx?id=3

Mm sounds nice, I'll have to give it a go. My favourite dish made from bread is bread and butter pudding. Simon Rimmer does a really nice take on it with banana-http://www.eatthechef.com/recipe.aspx?id=1

I love eating out, but there's something special about eating something that's you've put effort into making... as long as it's good of course!

I'm no professional chef myself but you take a look at bit.ly/EattheChef there are some instructional videos from celebrity chef Simon Rimmer (the one from Something for the weekend). With his instruction I'm sure a home-cooked meal would be turned into a fine-dining experience. Soo, I'm going to go for stay at home!
