Traditional Vietnamese Spring Rolls
Ingredients:Shrimp, Pork, Rice paper yambean, taro, carrot, onion, garlic, pepper, sugar, salt, MSG (621)
Usage:- Not need to defrost spring roll before frying
- Soak one by one in cooking oil at the temperature 170oC
- Cooking oil in frying pan must be sufficent so that spring roll can be deeply soaked.
- Take out when spring roll turn brown, drain the oil.
Dipping Sauce:Excellent serving with Cholimex Sweet and Sour Sauce
